Janeal Hardoby

Janeal graduated from Ohio University in 1992 where she earned a BS in Family Studies with emphasis in Gerontology. She then launched her career as an Activity Director in Southern Ohio.

In 1999, Janeal returned to her home town of Wellington, Ohio and began work at The Elms Retirement Village as the Admissions/Marketing/SS Director. In 2012, she earned her LNHA license which is when she became the Administrator at The Elms.
